As far as I'm concerned they ruined it! The only thing good about the body is it's made of aluminum. Grill is fugly tailgate cover is too much and the flares really suck! Nothing flows like on the previous models even the interior has those ugly angles like the grill. I was hoping to buy one but now I guess I'll keep my old one.

I'm not liking the a V6 but I'm really digging the 10 speed Trans!!!
I wish they would double clutch it and if need be go to an 8 speed.

Hopefully in a year or two they will come around and do a V8 so we can throw a Whipple on it for real power.
I don't think the V6 can handle daily abuse like an 8. Even though they had good results at Baja with one.
It's only 40 or 90 HP more still haven't seen anything solid on that, I believe your going to be into the pedal a lot heavier than an 8.
The 10 speed tranny might be the jewel to the V6 and a 3.31 gear because they can grear up the first four or five shifts to bigger ratios.

First impression - not real impressed, thank god for the aftermarket industry this things going to need a lot of work to fix the bad design choices. Huge FORD tailgate?? Terrible. Front bumper and grill, something just doesn't look right, looks like they pushed everything up to get more approach angle.

What's the whole point of announcing it 2 years away? maybe to give us some time to get used to the sticker shock.

Man I had such high hopes. Im sure Ill still be buying one but Im just not blown away by this like I was on my 2010.

The improvements are good, looks are only just okay. Looks a bit Toyota-y.

But that Ford GT though... :hitit:

Hmm......Turbo - two of em. I put a Paxton Novi 2000 on my V10 Superduty. Blew the 1-2 clutch pack twice - finally ran a deeper pan and cooler. I know the 10spd was supposed to be available with the generic F150, I hope they build it beefy, 'cos its going to get shock loaded.

I think it's fantastic. Ford hit the nail on the head with the interior. Only thing I don't like about the exterior is the tailgate.

As for the EcoBoost, I really don't mind the motor as long as it sounds decent, both inside and out. Then again, with dual exhaust this does explain the black 2015 test mule we saw sneaking around earlier this year. I'm looking forward to hearing sound clips.

Not sure I like it. Call me old fashioned but I don't like the fact that there is no V8 option. I just don't trust these ecoboost engines. I think the look might grow on me but I guess only time will tell. Very happy I bought my 13 now.
