The Best Offset For A Raptor

I have a 2018 with factory wheels and want to get this combo:
Method Grid 309 Rims (18x9 +18)
BFG TA/KO2 (LT325 / 65R18)

I have no lift kit or front leveling, do you think that will fit without rubbing?
Anyone else out there with that combo???

Stick with the 35x12.50R18 if you're not raising the front. That 325 is 13" wide and the +18 brings you out .75" from OEM. The rubbing would be minimal on full lock turns with the 325's but I think it would rub.

I'm a moderate fan of function over form. For the moment, I'm voting for a more stock centerline.

I've been bugging the OP all day WRT wheels and offsets, they've been very helpful.

To the larger audience, I need to learn some more about how the +00s are working out; should be a lot of data with all the Method wheels running around. I've been doing a bit of searching, but still haven't found a lot of info.

What happens at full compression with 00 offset, 8.5" wide, stock tires? Anyone have tires get into the fender lips? Or does the suspension geometry tuck them? Or does the travel run out just ahead of wheel-fender interaction? Any issues with reduced wheel bearing life?

Wheels that stick out past the fenders look like a poor engineering choice....you know they are going to rub like hell....You don't see properly engineered Trophy Trucks with wheel sticking out past the fenders...
I'm not going to lose my precious wheel travel for wheels that "look cool" and rub when I use all the travel the truck came with....

I got a stock avalanche raptor and am putting a 2 inch leveling kit and can figure out exactly what wheel tire combo to go with ( I love the look of the tire poking out 1/2-1 inch)

Unless we are all talking stock height your voting data will be off.
I am guessing with the perches and the suspension lifts that drives the hubs in 1/2" or so, so a more aggressive offset would be needed to make them flush.

At stock 17x9 +1 (Rotoform SixOR) I found during fast turning I get some rubbing.

That's a great point. I'm really just trying to show a few suppliers that -12 is not ideal. Trying to get more slightly positive offset wheels built in the future. For me the 8.5 +06/9 +12 is ideal. However Fuel for example has made all of their new wheels 9 +01 and 9 -12.

Don’t ageee. 0 offset will spew a shit load of whatever you’re driving on all over your truck. I have Methods with 0 offset on my 13 and they stick out enough that snow from the front tires flies past my window and all over my truck lol. I’ll be going with something more flush with my new 2018.

Neg offset wheels on a raptor are for the Mall Crawler crowd. IMO

0 offset sucks. It rubs (with Geisers, let alone stock). The side of your truck will be constantly filthy, particularly the door handles.
