Won’t make any difference, he’s just gaslighting consumer’s to make their shareholders feel better about their stock dropping 10 points couple days ago because of their super sh*tty last quarter earnings.

Window dressing. Ford will not do anything, they've basically stated as much citing "unreasonable" markups might result in reduced allocations. No policy, no mandate, no actual threat of "If you do X, then Y will result."

This is just like GM announcing a few weeks ago that they "Have their eye" on dealers that "might" be charging "excessive fees" on the upcoming Corvette Z06.

Cars are tight right now. Certain components are constraining production. The dealers will charge what people are willing to pay, not a penny more. It's the way the world works. Stop bellyaching about it. If you don't like it, hold what ya got and check back in a year.

For those of you waiting for it to happen, I hope it does, but highly unlikely. This is a case of economics 101…..supply and demand. I bought my CO 37 for one reason, prices will not come down. As a matter of fact, I checked it’s trade in value with KBB and it indicated I can get more for the truck than I paid for it….and I paid a 5k ADM. People get what they vote for and times are a changing!
