Handheld radio is acceptable

Rear Ambers we suggest in the 3rd brake light, or back of the bed by the cab. if they are low or in the rear bumper they will with snow and become pointless.

I don't have any. There has been a few people like @shooterAMG that have them on the back of the bed. Maybe he can help?
