The color is powder coated the logo is a sticker, read further...under use and care it talks about how suntan lotion etc can smudge the ink on the sticker

My order from BadBowtie was delivered damaged because it was sent in a padded envelope instead of a box. He said that he would send me a replacement. He now refuses to answer my messages inquiring about a replacement. Anyone know how to reach him?
