Speaking of BBQ. How many people would be interested in a BBQ cater for Saturday night ($10-$15 per plate)? Might be able to convince them to make breakfast tacos as well.

Treypal, have you thought about maybe using evite or something to manage registration, etc ? Might be much easier than keeping track of emails/posts. We could just post a link to a registration page, and people could sign up and possibly even prepay online for food and/or the ranch fee.

Payment will be easier at the Ranch, and I'm actually not handling any of the money part of the run.

Facebook event would be easiest for me. I plan on sending out group emails once the date gets closer, I have almost everyone who has expressed interest email address. But I'll setup a facebook event.

30 Raptors total not counting myself. This also doesn't count people who haven't emailed me yet.
