Except that it is sporting a " M Plate" and it just happens to be in Dearborn.

Probably a mule for an Eco powerplant.

The drivers side tail pipe is coming from the passenger side, probably not true duals.

Aftermarket companies can get "M" plates too, but I would venture to think this is a mule, or perhaps a left over test vehicle. It also has an Orange ORV sticker in the window from the dunes or on-line, what are this years colors, I have not got one yet.

Looks like a molten orange with a bunch of black rattle can on it.

As we saw as Snoball, the SVT guys like to play around with what they have on hand also

Definitely not a new raptor. Just because it has super gay exhaust and unpainted fenders and bed doesn't mean anything except it looks like one wore out truck.
