Tailgates

[MO to CA]

I'm curious - has anyone ever seen a thread where tailgates styles are traded between owners? For example, if someone bought a truck with a tailgate applique off the lot but actually wanted it without? I am not sure how many people would want to do this, but I could see it being a thing because tailgate preferences are usually so specific among owners, especially in a high rate of ownership state like CA.

OK, thanks, I will have to post there when I have a higher post count. As of now, my truck has not made it out to CA just yet. It's Perf. Blue with the tailgate applique but I would prefer the stock style tailgate.
