Tailgate Release Button Not Working

I have the same situation as Sonicsunspot. The button on the tailgate doesn't work but the tailgate opens with the FOB every time. Looking for a fix. Thanks.

There is a TSB or a recall for this. I don't remember which. Go to your local Ford dealer.
