Don’t do it. Sway a way is no where near the quality of fox or king. Save your penny’s and do it right the first time. Sway a way have NEVER been a comparable shock in the Offroad industry and are ever worse now that they are owned by AFE. Do you see any race trucks running them? I would go with stock over sway a way. IMHO

I did not ask if SAW was better or as good as King and Fox. I am clearly on a budget and don't want to spend over $4K on shocks when this truck rarely sees anything more exciting then sandy beaches and some dirt roads on the way to the lake. I am asking for feedback because for the price I could get 2 sets and still spend less than Kings. I am not racing my truck. I race motorcycles and know how important good suspension is but I also know King and Fox 3.0 would be overkill for my situation IMHO.Don’t do it. How did they turn out for you? I just ordered a set for my 12 raptor for the same reason, as I don’t want to spend 5k when I don’t take my truck jumping very often lol. How did they do for you?Hey folks. I'm due to replace/rebuild my wore out Fox 2.5's on my gen 1 and I'm seeing Sway-A-Away 2.5's for a price in between new Fox 2.5's and 3.0's.
Have others gone this route? There is very little information online with these and just curious to hear if these shocks would be an improvement over the factory 2.5's or if Sway-A-Away actually does stand for Stay-A-Away...
Anyone with actual experience? How is the valving? Durability? Leaks?
Thanks in advance.
