haha sorry about that.

i am getting things prepped on it now, but i dont think i necessarily need pics of it. just masking off the area getting ready for fiberglass.

i am buying a gopro this weekend so i can have video of everything as well guys. thats why im holding off a little on doing anything more than prep work tonight. i think you guys would appreciate video more than pictures. im hoping....

You should have told me. I have 3 gopros you could have borrowed!

thanks for the offer guys. i got a camera coming in tomorrow.

i ran into a couple of problems today.

1) if i go with the 12in woofer, the seat will no longer fold up. the rear seat in the truck, when folded up takes up space where the box needs to be. i have come up with an idea for mounting the box but when the box is in the vehicle you will not be able to fold up the seat. there is no way around this. if i go with a 10in i can make it so the seat can fold up, but it might stick out in front.

2) i left my dumbpad at work, so i can not post pictures of what i am talking about. nor pics of the progress. i will have to do it tomorrow....... sorry guys...

SVTCALI, if you read this before i call you in the morning, i would like to know what you want to do in regards to the woofer size. the woofer will be easily removable, and since the box is under there, there is no reason that you would need to fold the seat up, but i want to make sure that i build it the way you want it.

what made you do up-firing instead of down? It's always been my understanding (could be the completely wrong) that when up-firing it goes thru the seat somewhat muffling it. However when it's down-firing it bounces of the hard floor sending sound thru out the cab. Again that could be, and probably is, completely wrong.

I'm okay with the seat not being able to fold up. I rarely ever had a reason to put it up anyways. I put my Honda CRF50 back there once and as you probably noticed i scratched up the backside of the center console. opps.. lol

shoot.. Now you got me thinking I might as well put 2 12's if I'm not going to be able to open the seat for anything.. lol.. hmmmm. I just don't know if I really need that much bass. It's bad enough the offroading will rattle my truck apart. haha
