I copied your style XJR.....with a few tweaks...dually D2 fogs, 20" LED and 4 KC 863's ( I know they're all long range spots, but I figured the LEDs got short field covered

Awesome, I am sure you are going to love the results. Even though the KC's look "old school" they have a 26 year warranty on everything (bulbs included)

I have had absolutely no problems with mine at all.

Any thoughts on switch routing, or do you think I'll need more power output to light all those up?

I don't think you will have any problems at all.

My up fitters are as follows:

Switch 1 = KC HID Spots
Switch 2 = KC HID long range
Switch 3 = Not used, reserved
Switch 4 = (4) Rigid Dually LED's, two amber, two white each side.

thats what I figured, but can i put all four KC's on one switch? and runt he 20 and the dually's on 1 or 2?

For sure.....i ran that loop that you and MarkT ran through beer bottle and what not this weekend...it was dusk/nighttime....I swore I was getting lights after that ;p
