@ModFreaksRAPTOR it looks waaaaaay more aggressive without the white rock rings. I like how it's sitting now on the Mesh much better. The rock rings still looked good, but made it seem street queenish even with all the bad assness that was on the truck. Well done and the Storm Trooper GTR is sex too.

Just realized you went back to stock color flares too.

Thanks guys, I wasn't a fan of the last wheel setup I had either. Wasn't a fan of the brushed color of the KMC wheels. I love black wheels. I'm very happy with the squat the truck has, it is all coming together nicely.

What are the performance gains of the 3.5's over the 3.0's? It seems like everyone is going with the 3.5's which cost about $700 more so there must be some big gains compared to the 3.0's??

I assume the majority of people running this setup are going with Deaver +3's?

Also, How do these setups perform on small bumps? is there a lot of shudder over small abrupt bumps?

Thank you,
Scott

I run Deaver +2s. There is no need to run +3s. As for 3.0 vs 3.5 on this set up, yes bigger is better. 3.5s allow you to have 5 tube bypass which will add sooo much more control on compression and rebound not to mention the that increasing the diameter of the shock will add to the damping ability of the shock. And if you add the dual set up 3.0/3.5 for the front the amount of control and the abuse the truck can take is amazing.

Small bumps... ha what are those... keep your foot on the gas and let the shocks do their job. I am running 37s so that does add to absorbing/riding over small bumps.

Also note that with the SVC set up you get the the Gen2 bump system which allows for increased up travel in the rear.

thanks for the quick response @JayneCobb

Do you have pics of your truck? how does it sit fully loaded with the +2's?

as far as the shudders on small bumps that was more in reference to daily driving and hitting dips, potholes, ect.

Anyone else that has this setup feel free to chime in as well.

Thanks,
Scott

Scott,

I have production number 001 of this setup. I just got back from leading the ghost town trip so let me get my thoughts together and I will comment on the setup with pics.

I have Deaver +2 with 3.5's - S Cab for reference.

This is how mine sits with Deaver +3 with a 3.5 King on the rear.
