That's a bummer, I use it every time I am in the car
I’m a fat ginger so heat and sun are my enemies. Roof closed, AC at 69 all the time.

I’ve opened mine at night and rarely some nice days. So since I don’t use it enough, my next one won’t have it.

I will say this though, in freezing temps that thing is loud when the body flexes going over certain bumps and entering driveways. I assume this is because rubber is not as flexible when cold. When my girlfriend and I went duning out in Glamis I didn’t hear it much like some others have observed. We jumped the truck a few times and it never broke or anything.

Another thing I’ve noticed is the sound difference no sunroof makes when driving through heavy rain. I’m talking super heavy middle of MO/OK type rain. I drove my uncle’s ‘19 Lariat (no sunroof) from IL to CA through these storms and it was a much quieter experience than my ‘17 Lariat or ‘19 Raptor with sunroofs.
