I hear all this talk about "floor plans" in my research. I'd wager these larger dealers are straight up buying the R's so they can sit as long as they need to.

$145k for a 2024. Wow. I would drive my 2025 to you straight from the lot for that. Lol.
$10-15K over is the sweet spot I see inventory moving lately. Couple dealers are $5k over but they are customer orders. In talks with one that has quoted me $7500 over...on the fence for that one. Will need to see how trade goes and I will come with a pre-approved Navy Federal loan that might move the needle as well.

This is spot on, especially for 2024s. 10k you can get all day on a 2024, maybe less if you're patient. On 25s, expect 15k for the first quarter of the year and prices will come down to 10 as an average again. Took me 6 months to find a 24 at MSRP.

I've been searching since November last year. The only reason I will consider a small markup is knowing the trade in value of my '23 is dropping by the day and if I wait too long, I'll end up needing to replace the tires anyway. That's a couple grand. It's a tough spot. Do I pay over early and drive early or do I wait and end up paying (essentially) the same amount on a MSRP deal?

These trucks aren't falling off like the TRX and I don't think they ever will. If only I had a crystal ball...
