I skipped it, glad I did with all the reports of leaks and opening issues. It was hard to find a 2018 Leadfoot without the moonroof but eventually did.

Had a pano in my '15, never had an issue with it.....so I thought, bought my Raptor without one, what a difference in the amount of noise that isn't there. I'll never have another.

I love it, but it squeaks. Dealer fixed it once with new seals and tracks, less than a year later squeaking again.

do you ever maintain it ( lube? ) many of the you tubers are recommending Ford’s ‘krytox’ (sp?) lube and claim it cuts down on the squeaking.

Gonna buy a new Raptor, and everyone I'm finding with the stuff I want on it has the sunroof. I don't think I'll use it (don't use the one in my car), and I think it adds the potential for leaks. If you have one please let me know if you would pay for one with it again - and why :)
I have it, it has not presented any issues so far, but I have never used it. I think its a waste of money, if i were to order a raptor i would definitely order it without the sunroof

I cleaned the seals with a silicone based lube and lubed the tracks with a white lithium grease and neither helped.

Skip it, I did and have no regrets on it. With the rear porthole window open you can get nice air flow.

It is certainly another thing to break, but if you maintain it (clean and lube the seals periodically, which otherwise can stick and put stress on the cheap plastic arm that has a tendency to break) this risk can be mitigated. Fixing the most common failure is super easy, and not that expensive (<$150; 1 hour DIY). I have the pano in my SCREW and I love it. LOVE IT. Adds to the luxury, so I'm all for it.
