Sunroof Delete?

0 issue with mine, I lubricated all the rails on mine after I cleaned it really good with simple green. No issues at all no noise or anything

Btw I bought the recommended lubricant from Ford. The tube was about 9 bucks. Still got a ton left. I say anyone who wants to do the maintenance on there's let me know and we can ship the tube around the states until it's all used and see how many states it goes to and how many times it's used lol. Kinda like a message in a bottle

Yeah, both my g2 and brothers g1 sunroofs leaked, before i found my current truck with no moonroof i was debating sealing mine off and unplugging the connectors for the switches. The vinyl idea seems pretty good, but wonder if it would trap heat between it and the glass, heard there was issues with that shattering them when tinted (in general, not ford specific - laminated vs tempered thing)

I've never had any issues with the sunroof or the back window. Rarely ever open either.

A whole drop down rear glass would be nice
