That's correct.
The studs on the hub are long enough for a thin spacer. The issue is the hub centric wheel is now NOT using the hub to transfer forces. Everything will be through the studs. This is the main reason they are bad and can cause breaking issues.

However, I think @svc is making a hub centric spacer to address this issue.

I agree. But is only 1/4" still small enough that the center hub lip is exposed enough to utilize the hub centric wheel? I am still trying to find out and work with SVC but so far nothing.

On a different note, would a spacer throw a red flag at a dealer if they ever do a tire rotation? Should you remove it before going in for service?

Jeff at SVC responded on their spacers being hub centric:
" Would have to say no, there is no real "hard" seat/reference on the hub."

Screw it, I ordered the rough country. Figured it is worth $40 to waste to see the quality and if keeping this setup will be worth it or return it.

Well I probably will be sending those spacers back and return the ICON and get this one instead, adjustable and will work on stock wheels, can definitely see that it would not rub based on how it looks.

@RDFTS do tell who's those are?

I finally got a chance to measure the back spacing on the stock beadlock rim. It was 6 1/4 inches. I am not sure how that compares to the stock non beadlock rim.

This measurement is from the UCA to the tire?

You should also note that you have the wheels in the beadlock position.
