That's correct.
The studs on the hub are long enough for a thin spacer. The issue is the hub centric wheel is now NOT using the hub to transfer forces. Everything will be through the studs. This is the main reason they are bad and can cause breaking issues.
However, I think @svc is making a hub centric spacer to address this issue.

alot of guys run methods which are not hubcentric and the studs don't break so I really don't see a diff.
@RDFTS do tell who's those are?
I finally got a chance to measure the back spacing on the stock beadlock rim. It was 6 1/4 inches. I am not sure how that compares to the stock non beadlock rim.
