The truck does NOT have an alarm. The honk you get when you click the fob twice is only to confirm that all of the doors are shut.
The only way the alarm goes off is if someone opens the door. They could bust the window and climb in, no problem so long as they climb back out.
So if somebody opens the door forcefully the horn will not honk?
Thanks again..

I have a "dealer" installed alarm, the truck doesn't come with a factory alarm.
Don't think so, but try it. roll down the window, close the door, use the FOB to lock it, and then reach in and open the door. Or sit in the truck, lock it with the FOB and then open the door.
But I have a "dealer" installed alarm, the truck doesn't come with a factory alarm.

2. Press and release [lock symbol on key fob] again within three seconds to confirm that all the doors are closed and locked.
Note: The doors will lock again, the horn will chirp once, and the turn lamps will illuminate if all the doors are closed..
If any of the doors are not properly closed the horn will make two quick
chirps and the lamps will not illuminate.
