It looks like your receiver hitch it gone. Would it still fit if you needed to tow a trailer? Also will the spare tire still mount under the bed in the OEM position?

Yes,the hitch is gone. You would need something made custom to have a hitch again. The spare would fit in the stock location, I just think it looks better without it hanging down there so I mounted it in the bed.
