#1 reason I don't go to the dealer for anything other than oil changes and warranty work. And the only reason for the oil changes is in case something with the motor happens they can't tell me it was because I didn't do oil changes on time. They have a full record of it and they did the work. But alignments and anything else, I'll go elsewhere. It's generally cheaper and done better than what the dealer does.
- That is a great point! I always go to the dealer for all maintenance under 36,000 miles and then to my trusted local mechanic!
- I have had bad experiences with the local dealership with my 2012 and 2014 Raptor, however after enough fussing and noise they have resolved most issues!
- I truly love my truck, both of them, however i must say that dealing with Ford had not been pleasant!
