I had the same problem on my 2010. The dealership had my truck for a whole month and couldn't find anything wrong, but they did feel the grinding in the steering wheel. They eventually told me in was the rotation of the tires causing the issue. Whatever that means. I learned to live with it, but I'm not happy.

...didn't find a damn thing and want me to come back on a different day so I can go for a drive with the tech. (-.-)

Atleast they found & fixed the door rattling!

Think I'm going to attach the GoPro under the truck to see if the front shafts are spinning in 2wd.
