I also did the fuse 27 mod, so the entire fusebox & cable set are out of the way. Luckily I have my 2012 ecoboost right outside so I can refer to it and be sure nothing gets missed.

Mine is (finally) ready to test-fit on my 2011, (code name endless summer project.) I'll set it on the bench and see if it holds pressure before bolting it on.

Did it have any problems holding pressure Tom?

I couldn't find the right size cap locally, so I'm ordering a pair of these, plus the AirLift vacuum test kit. I've never used one of them before, but for $70 you get a tool you can use to not only test the system, but also draw air out of the heater core so there's no more "burping" the system.

Alright received new radiator pretty quickly. Gonna install this weekend along with new spark plugs and new serpentine belt and belt drive pullies. Let’s go!
