So my truck has been at the shop for 2 days now and they are struggling to get the headers 7/8 in. They said they have to bend the oil dip stick? And had to remove the stud bolts? Does this seem right?

Remove dipstick then reinstall after headers are in. Yes stud's need to be removed. I know the instructions suck that come with them but that part is pretty clear in the instructions...

If I can do it in my garage with a little portable jack, basic tools, and what I would consider a limited mechanical knowledge then a shop should be having no issues. The instructions state which studs need to be removed if you plan on keeping the factory ones. These are also the same ones I left out when putting my aftermarket header bolts in. There's really only one way to get them in there and if they don't follow the instructions they're gonna have a hell of a time.

Gents, I'm getting exhaust leak at the joint before the headers and at a few down stream of the headers. It's small, but I can feel the gas pulsating out.

I believe this is why I was throwing some codes before. I also think that it's affecting how the enjoin is running.

This weekend I'm planning on loosening the joints and try to reposition it to make it tighter. If that doesn't work I may try to wrap the few joints that have the leaks.

just checked and mine does this too. No codes thrown yet. I'm going to call SW next week. I'm currently running a stock tune in search of better mileage. Can't get to 12 mpg in town like I was before winter. The 5 star tune, 93 perf, just makes it worse. I'm doing my best to keep my foot out of it. I was hoping for maybe a 1mpg improvement with better breathing. Has not happened.

A new tune will help, but yeah, I know what you mean about the foot! Lol...
