Sporadic sound quality apple car play

Music has no bass, midrange etc. sporadically when using CarPlay. I have also noticed this in my wife’s Audi. Every once in a while music goes flat and sounds like I’m listening off my iPhone. Only happens when streaming from Amazon. Anyone experience?

seems like a amazon issue. Never had any issues with Apple Music using carplay

I have this with Spotify. Its a terrible audio quality compared to the XM radio.

If the problem is persistent in the Audi and Ford only while using Amazon music, the problem is Amazon music. Switch to Apple music and turn on Lossless.

Thanks for the tips everyone. Playing purchased music through my phone is great quality. Seems to be Amazon streaming. It also did it on my f250. Thanks again!
