So I figured out the fix to at least my problem! I have my iPhone set up for my hearing loss in one ear for my AirPods Pro’s, which has the balance moved to the right to compensate. Funny thing is that the balance isn’t affected in any of my other cars just the Raptor.

You can check the balance up Accessibility/Audio and Visual/Balance

Quite a coincidence the hearing loss is in the PASSENGER ear, huh? :Big Laugh:

On your iPhone, go to Bluetooth, then go to your Raptor and tap the i in the blue circle. Now go to Device Type. Most likely, it has nothing checked, but you can set it to car stereo. That may or may not help you with the AirPods and having to change it constantly, but it's worth a shot.
