Spec-D LED tails installed, love them!

How did you get ahold of the manufacturer? I have sent about 5 emails to them and have called and left several messages over several days with no reply. They have the worst customer service ever!

I called the number on this page at about 8:15am PST and pressed 1 for sales then got transferred.

They told me they were out so I said/asked to have a pair pulled from one in stock since a paying customer already has theirs in hand. The lady was nice and did it. They had my info for the order form Car ID already too.

Got the missing resistors and everything works great. Just wondered where you guys put the resistors. You get a lot of wiring so I put mine inside the fender.

On the included instruction pictures they have them mounted on the back side of the light housing using the adhesive provided.

I did this as well. I am slightly concerned that the adhesive won't hold up over time, and the resistor will drop down inside the fender or out of the truck completely and be lost forever.

I tucked them up in the fender out of the way also.... I had to remove one and ill tell ya it was a Mfer to get off to test it...

To hell with sticky tape. Always use industrial strength Velcro.

Well I just tried calling SpecD again and I finally got through to them. They said they have the resistors back in stock and will mail them out to me today. I'm happy that this has finally be resolved. It took over a week to get in contact with them. But once I did they were very nice and helpful. Now I can't wait to get the lights installed!

Good shit man. Just curious is your name Mike? They asked when I spoke with them. I was going to say no but he ordered also and needs them LOL. I'll let you know when they show up.
