I spoke with MBRap and he said the guys had no problem on the last Reno run. However radio antennas is where I see the problem.
Luckily there is an outdoor lot visible from the hotel. In my last email, I requested that our rooms face this lot. I figured most would rather park in the open and be able to see their trucks from their rooms. Ill let you know what they say.
It hasn't been finalized but it looks like the group room rate will be $89/night.

I agree the SL garage is tight. I'm on mid perch and scaled their chalk bar you have to go under to get to the valet.
I like the idea of room overlooking the parking lot. I am in for that.

I'd prefer the outdoor parking lot as well, my truck is quite a bit taller than mid-perch

So lets say your parking in the lot... and for instance you see someone breaking in to a truck... and your going to what from the 13th floor... the windows don't open and they cant hear you if they did.... Better to find out in the morning..
I was going to bring this up later, but. If we had several trucks parked together, maybe we could take turns out in the lot watching them.

We had 50 in the lot during the SnoBall... Didn't seem to be any issues at all.
