Wifey, Kinda hard to deal with it when covered in dirt and mud it only looked like a light scratch. Truck needed to be cleaned to notice the dent, and the scratched glass.
Lug, i did not get to purchase my hds7 gen 2 before the trip. I utilized an ipad with the MotionX app. 99% of the time it worked flawlessly. Only issue was during lunch on saturday i left it in the window, the sun beat on it and it shut it self off because it got to hot. Then it lost all the waypoints and hazzards i had marked form the day before. Luckily after it cooled off, and i pulled up the old track again it was good to go.
I believe according to donk, there is a map pack for backcountry that had all our route trails on it.
Be careful with the ram mount. I know nicole and joe and no issues, but i did.
Now the galaxy might be lighter, im not sure. I know it came off twice holding a 3 gen ipad.. Im going to make my own adapter that utilizes 2 suction cups to see if it holds better. Currently ram does not offer that setup.
