Not that I'm into overkill or anything. Would the bar support the 50" radius and four six inch HID spots with external ballasts and tabs welded on for attachment?

Absolutely. I specifically didn't want that because with 37s and 3.0s my truck is already close to 7ft tall and I need to park in garages.

The light sits below the roofline so it's great for me that it doesn't add height

That's the beauty of running a solid support bar. You can also incorporate other things to it.

There are some thoughts of incorporating other things such as roof rack design in the future to the light tube we already made

looks nice! how does the mount err... mount... is there drilling involved?

so, im also gonna kinda be a **** here too... how are peoples other light bars from M&R holding up? my fogs have not held up well... ive had em crack and are getting the white hairy's everywhere too.... M&R themselves, Mike specifically, have been ******* awesome! i just think that whoever provides their product (well the fogs atleast, since thats all i got) sucks.... but their customer service and support ******* rock. so thats why im wondering about the bar and the mount. i love the looks and everything, im just worried after having the fogs...

The only thing I have m&r is a 40 inch bar and it has performed excellent. Very bright, and looks high qaulity. I have it behind my grille (so it would be more protected than the fogs). The only complaint is that the all spot pattern is kinda plain compared to combo bars. But for the price, customer service, and qaulity. Not a big issue.

We did have a bad coated batch of fog lights but we worked hard to get them off the market. Every one who contacted me received replacements. If there is still someone out there don't hesitate to call
