Looks great, really great. I do think the radius tube will be nice. One question, i see it's sturdy from side to side, but what about up and down? I'd be a little worried of having that hit my windshield and crack it, being so close. We all know these trucks, and parts flew and bounce pretty good when offroading...

I went through the sunroof and have pulled on it up and pushed it down. Its pretty damn sturdy.

do you think if they come out with the curved bar that you would be able to keep it low enough to prevent the wind noise while also having the light tilted for the longer range output? right now it looks like it would hit the windshield but if they bend it you can have the best of both i would think? i hope they go that route and i cant wait to get one of these bad boys installed... almost seems like you dont need any lights on the bumper with this thing... "almost" lol

I think the radius bar would look nicer but I'm not sure if it'll be functionally different than my poverty bent bar design. I think the wind noise comes from the distance between the bar and the windshield, might try some weatherstripping there and see if it quiets it down this weekend

And what about a "flare" from the support bar to the windshield, behind the light...like the ones for the roof mounted bike racks? Just an idea for the wind noise.

interesting

its still a lot quieter than the 50" straight bar equipped truck I've ridden in. I'm just particular when it comes to noise because I make a lot of phone calls via bluetooth so noise in the background annoys me.

like vanilla stated, something small like the yakima racks wind diffuser may work nicely and look good too! i would say something that can attach to the bar and then weather stripping on the section that touches the roof section for paint protection... for the diffuser some plexi glass may work... once i get mine i'll probably mess around with it, but in the long run im hoping my exhaust will drone out the wind noise lol

That need's to be a radius bend to look right

Ya, thats the first thing i noticed. you spend all the time and effort getting the light in a nice radius, then have a straight bend with the mounting bar. please update and radius the mounting bar. this will be much better

Great job on the brackets and bringing this to market at that price. Any better pictures of the wiring down the A-Pillar? Also what beam pattern are the bars avail in?
