Make me one

What does Big Blue charge per hour? Would $150 for one pre-built be worth it?

I've noticed he lives near me... guess when I need something, I know who to PM!

I made my set-up from the spare parts bin. I was a little low on cost as the Cyclones are around $29 each, so total material cost is more like $100 versus $75.

It was fun project and I would be willing to make more if there is enough interest. Please let me know if you want one via PM.

If I get 6 orders, I will make em. $160 shipped CONUS.

2 PMs received so far.

Libertyville - fly down Dec 7th to pick-up the truck.

Oh, your right in the heart of Raptor central. We have a very large group in the area and are all very off-road active.

We will have a Convoy of at least 18 trucks going up to Snoball via Gurnee (Bass Pro Shop)

Welcome aboard!

I saw a post that Keith is also making something with magnets with amber cyclones but hasn't post a price yet. I like yours better so a PM coming. I already have an amber set under my rear bumper but thinking it might get covered up with road grime and froze over so like the idea on something inside. I got a sticker in the rear window but it should shine around it....

I was looking everywhere for a police rear window light unit for the F150. Could not find anything for the F150 specifically. Someone has to make one. I figured a rear deck light in amber would be my best bet as to not have to deal with wiring my KC's thru the brake light housing, but this does give me an idea for a temp solution. I am going to wire one up to the 12v lighter to test and tape it to the window to see how it does with my Tint. I am hoping its bright enough thru the tint otherwise outside it will have to be. Then I am going to do like you have and make a bracket to hold two on each side

Did you tint your rear window?

Running the wire under the rear brake light was no big deal.

Being down in FL, it tinted real dark. I just had the brake light replaced under warranty, its not that its hard to run the wiring. Just do not want the light to fail again and have the dealer deny the claim stating the wiring run under the seal was the cause.

The bracket design could easily be modified to allow for a RAM mount or Quick Fists too....

I think my Dad is going to end up kind of copying that behind the headrest mount for some Cyclones.

But, with having the tinners at work bend up a piece of aluminum instead.

I still need to tint mine darker. I think mine is still way too bright for a rear facing light.

For the 2015 snoball I am offering the following.

As a lessons learned from previous runs I'd like to create a list of spare raptor parts that participants carry along with them as spares, aftermarket or OEM.

I will make a comprehensive list of who has what parts. I'll pass that list out to the support trucks prior to the run.

If someone brakes something and needs a trail repair, perhaps someone in the group will have the part and will be willing to trade for done cash or beer or both.

Either post here what you will be bringing, and for what year truck or send me a PM.
