Can the rings swivel or are the bolts too tight for that? 4 total right? What about the back bolts of the front seats?

They don't swivel. Bolts are too tight. Hadn't looked at the rear bolts of the front seats.

Yes, four would be all the bolts. Three would really be enough. The two in the center are relatively close to other. However if you have one seat down with gear on it, it would make accessing one a pain.

I've seen that and was gonna do it all you need to do is notch the hinge on the end of the seat. The thing that worries me if you have something under the seat and you can't get to the latch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Agreed. I have the tuff box and its tight. But you can get your hand in there.

Be sure to tell your wife if she can't get the seat to go down it's because of the D rings being folded up. :snoopfacepalm:
I drove to a campground office with 4 munchkins (4-7) sitting on partially folded up seats because they were going to miss their glow hay ride if I took time to figure it out...lol

Shock wraps. I am thinking of getting the ICON's. I know they help keep the dirt out but was thinking of these also for Snoball and winter in general. But was concern if having them on during this would or would not be a good idea. Do they tend to get too wet and start to fall off? Or do they do great with rain and snow?

I know Jason ran them last year along with one of the KHC trucks. Pretty sure Wiz runs them too.

When I looked the parts up on line I found them in a I.P.C. for a cargo van. There were some washers and spacers that I was thinking of gettong and I think that would have allowed the rings to swivel.
