There is a seat latch mod that someone shared on here to keep the back seat from coming up. I haven't done it yet, but it seemed easy to do.

I've seen that and was gonna do it all you need to do is notch the hinge on the end of the seat. The thing that worries me if you have something under the seat and you can't get to the latch.
