How does the cooler mount?

Have you replaced the stock mounting nylon nut holding the 40" bar? If not, get two 3/8" carriage bolts and nuts. Install the bolt from the underside of the frame horn.

The bracket also holds the bottom of the superchargers cooler.

Yeah replacing the bolt attaching the lightbar is a good idea. Gather you found out it was a weak link. I tend to break things before I realize they need revising.

Whenever I get my rpg psr and I add the cooler I will be hitting you up for help probably.
