Shipping Times

Guys that have received your trucks from dearborn, what are the shipping times like to get to Texas dealers? My 2022 800A got shipped via railcar 12/14/21 and ETA to my dealer is 12/25-12/31. I heard somewhere else shipping from dearborn to Tx is usually 10 days.

Back when I had hope of my truck arriving, I checked the website of my dealer and looked at the build date of trucks on their lot that were built in Dearborn. It looked like 2 weeks, give or take.

It's a greater Houston area dealer.

interesting. I got the rail car number and tried to track it via Touch Trace. But nothing came about as of yet.

The range the tracker provides (once shipped) is pretty accurate and conservative. Mine was 6 days rail to Minnesota, tracker had 12-16 days or something.

Tracker has not worked for me since I placed the order. gen 14 tracker worked for a while as well as mach e but then they stopped working around 12/3. I just have the shipped email that states 12/25/12-31 ETA.

Mine has shown shipped since 12/4 - coming to NJ - with no updates since 12/4. The ETA is 12/22 but dealer is warning me not to get too excited because finding truckers and getting the trucks loaded and unloaded has been nothing short of a nightmare. He believes a January delivery is more likely.

Check out the “Gen 3 Tracker” thread. Nice excel doc one of the members here put together. That’ll give you an accurate assessment for TX owners (and other states). Me…2 weeks. Shipped on 22 Sep & arrived 4 Oct.

Mine shipped Oct 28th and arrived at my dealer in the Houston area the morning of Nov. 15th.
