Shipping a Raptor

What was the reason for not being able to ship it?

Each broke said the same thing- they couldn’t find a driver willing to take the route. Btw- the route was from Des Moines, IA to San Clemente, CA.

The issue was the pickup location, too far off of normal routes.

Oh wow. I just set up my shipping with Trico last night. I'm going from Ankeny, IA to San Bruno, CA so this has me slightly worried.

Just go get it and drive it home. That's what I did from east side of Wisconsin back to western Oregon . It was a nice trip. And I didn't have to depend on somebody else to take care of my truck. Just my 2 cents

And has your vehicle lived up to all the hype? I'm hoping yes, as mine arrives at the dealership in the next 2 weeks and I have never even had a chance to drive one yet.

Absolutely 1000%. I went from a 2011 Mustang GT to this truck. Power, comfort, and design are all top notch.

My truck should also be delivered to the dealer in about 2 weeks. I bought from OK though not IA. A friend in northern CA bought from the same dealer and didn't have any issues with pickup or delivery.
