Ehh, just get a bad ass naturally aspirated motor. A Raptor with a TT race motor would be sick.

My buddy has an s4.
It's "meh". Very sterile, vanilla driving experience.
It'd make a good daily driver, but for a dd, you want something you don't care too much about. If you're clay barring and waxing the snot out of a truck, you probably would always be worrying about where you parked, and if it's a tiny bit dirty, etc.
Both my freind and I have owned a hell of a lot faster and more fun cars, though less practical, than the s4. That said, the raptor is still my all time favourite vehicle, and his too.
Can't imagine going from the raptor to an s4...

Is the 5.4 significantly lighter than the 6.2, and that's the difference in the sand ?

The weight isn't the difference in the sand. They're both iron blocks. I can't see it being any more than a 30 or 40 lb weight difference at most. It's the ~100 hp difference that makes the difference in the sand IF you don't know how to work the peddle. No different for any low traction condition on any vehicle. A 150 hp minivan can beat my 700 hp harley truck if we both slap it WOT because I'll be spinning and barely moving as they won't even chirp a tire.

hay now I can chirp the tires on my mini you just have to take it off traction control. It's probably because I run e-30 in it tho
