Be ready to encounter and provide aid to a serious accident. Couple good quality tourniquets will compliment your ready list just in case you encounter a motorcycle or vehicle pedestrian accident. It's important to stop serious blood loss right away.

6. gallon ziplocs ( reattachable body parts and fingers to go with the ambulance )
7. gloves ( hiv, coronavirus protection )
8. shop rag (residual mess)
9. wet wipes ( follow up to the shop rag )
10. IPA wipes ( not sure what this is but you will probably use them )
11. trash bag ( lower left on back of passenger seat )
12. Gerber shard ( clear clothes for the tourniquets you have ready )
13. emergency blanket ( cover the less fortunate )

Pepper spray and taser just in-case you need to provide aid to a riot victum in Atlanta.

I've got this:
- first aid kit
- nitrile gloves and Mechanix gloves
- flare kit
- large heavy duty zip ties
- flash lights
- Pro Eagle jack
- fire extinguisher
- Crazy Beaver shovel
- tow rope
- portable air compressor
- tools (I found a nice compact rollup bag that carries a ton of tools)
- glow sticks
- a couple of wood 4 x 4's
- crowbar
- breaker bar
- traction ladders (only when going offroad)

I'm sure there's some stuff I'm forgetting, but all this is either in the center console, under the back seat, in a Pelican Case in the bed of the truck and attached to the bed of the truck.

The truck has a bed. Also a back seat. Gun locker under back seats holds a ton of stuff. A little bit in the back seat (can still seat 2 people in back). Some inside storage containers and igloo cooler in bed. If I need to haul something large, some or all of that stuff in the bed comes out temporarily. Then back in a soon as I return.

Oh. And air mattress and air pillows.

Going on a 2-state trip next week. All of that stuff will definitely stay in my truck until at least April of next year.

I'm over 60 and I've never plugged a tire in my life. I did have a damp-looking guy with terrible English and good Spanish plug a sidewall for me in Denver on a Sunday night once. It got us home. I watched him and it was really easy. I was parked in possibly not the best neighborhood in town and got a hole in the sidewall while parked. I'm guessing it was a stray round. If gang-bangers could shoot better, there would be far fewer of them and less property damage.

interesting.

so the round didn't pass through both sides of the tire?

If not then it was found inside the tire when it was replaced? which couldn't have been long since it was in the sidewall.

just find the bullet theory odd

Understand where you’re going with it but a hammer doesn’t transfer force too well on a springy flat tire. BOING!

Haha to be honest, I thought he was referring to a 2A firecracker ;)
