You’ll rethink that life choice if you ever have to cut a revolver loose inside a vehicle. I have; a .357 magnum from a mid sized car. I don’t ever want to do that again. The concussion makes your head hurt. The blast from the muzzle is bad enough, but the blast from the forcing cone gap will seriously f*** you up.

I mean the answer is yes, it will work and you can score good hits with it, sure. But, to be fair, if you’re campaigning a snub .357, you’re probably only getting just over 9mm 115grain velocity.
Agreed. There is a story behind that, and I am not sure if I want to know

Does anybody have any clever ideas for a truck holster in a raptor yet? I wouldn't mind something hidden but quickly accessible.

In all seriousness though. I need a truck gun. I carry often, but now always. I am thinking revolver as it will sit locked up, unused, until, you know, it gets used.
B&T APC9 pro for me. MP5 was a great truck gun during multiple far away excursions so i upgraded. There's no such thing as overkill in any situation when some pew pew is required!

Don't know if it's helpful for the console, but I keep a tool roll behind the back seat. These are the components of my EDC tools that solve 80% of the problems:

3/8" ratchet
3/8" sockets - 6-19mm, 9/16", and 11/16"
Socket extensions - 3/8" drive, 3" and 6"
Socket adapter - 3/8" to Hex
3/8" U-joint
Screwdrivers - ratcheting multi-bit in regular and stubby
Multi-bit set
Hex extensions - 2" and 6"
Hex adapter - Hex to 3/8"
Pliers - slip-joint, needlenose, 10" channel lock, 8" vise grips
Wrenches - 8" adjustable, 10" locking adjustable
Fuses - both mini and standard 2.5-40A, cartridge 20-60A
Utility knife
Telescoping magnet
Flashlight - spot/scene, LED, waterproof, USB rechargeable
Extendable mirror
Zip ties
Duct tape
Electrical tape
Pencil
What no impact gun? Lol
