I also had mine replaced under warranty.
No problems at all.
Search “front end rattle/ noise” on here, has been covered extensively.

Umm, isn't the entire swaybar/end link/mount setup the 1st thing to look at with a front end rattle? It's all easy to inspect. The swaybar and the mounts/links are constantly being flexed and resisting relatively large forces, so it's all failure prone compared to the more robust parts in the rest of the front end.

Ford had recalls on 94-95 Mustangs due to sway bars that broke from the constant flexing. At least we don't have torsion bars for springs like the 10th gen trucks had. They all fail eventually from metal fatigue and last I checked, the junkyard was to only place to get "new" ones.

I installed them myself - $150 shipped from OEMFordParts.com and literally 40 minutes of my time. Very easy swap. I left the tags on for pics then cut them off. Rattle has STOPPED! She drives quiet, without any loud complaints from the front end. :happy107:

Yeah, if I didn't already have other things I want the dealer to look at (cam phasers, and a general 30k mile inspection) and didn't think I could get them replaced under warranty, I definitely wouldn't bother going to the dealer. End links are easy to replace for sure...did them a few times on my 2000 Wrangler.

Thank you for posting, is there any audio that shows what that noise might sound like.

I ran into an issue where when i got my cam phasers replaced I asked them to diagnose the rattle. They put chassis ears on the truck and claimed it was a bent skid plate. I took the skid plate off and found and noticed a screw loose in plain site. So the tin can rattling is going, but the rattle in the video posted below is what i am hearing on mine.

There is a rattle on the front that matches this video, is the front end clunking you are talking about ?
