I don't have video or audio from my truck but your video does sound similar. Replacement sway bar end links are relatively cheap and easy to install. When you park, turn you tires to full lock and take a look at the rubber boots on the end links. If there is damage and/or discoloration from leaking grease, the ends should be replaced. Take a look at the initial image I posted for context.

Thanks, I looked they don't look damaged but I did wipe off some grease and have the skids plates off and that video (not mine) sounds just like the noise I am chasing. I am going to swap and then try the brake pads.

I changed then but the noise is still present, going to shoot for the brake pads next.

Fixed my rattling skid plate there was a bolt loose in plain site, ford tech didn't bother to put in the extra effort.

I got some new shiny end links!
