No they won’t.
Even if the USA adopted a hard/fast rule requiring commercial vehicles to be electric by 2030, it won’t happen. Not without severe consequences.
First will be that contractors will start charging a lot more $$$ for routine stuff to afford a fancy electric. 2nd will be that power grids in at risk states like CA and TX will start crying uncle really fast. There will be electricity rationing, and a quick walk back of any all electric mandate, be it government, private industry or a combination.
A dryer, running on a 35-40a circuit costs about $10 / hour. electric F150 charges on an 80a circuit for several hours. How much per day is that going to cost?
Unless batteries make a quantum leap in efficiency and weight reduction in the next 10 years, we’re going to be on petrol-fuels for at least another generation or 2.
