SCREW v. SCAB: Please give me *your* "legal opinion" on this important case.

I see, approximately, 3 Screws for every 1 Scab (Raptors).

It is 50/50 in my area

SCAB's are 200lbs lighter and with a little more ground clearance (.2"). Pure off-road vehicle take the SCAB. Hauling more people around on or off-road, you might prefer the SCREW. Mine is for off-roading only!

Since the wife is not going to go to all the trail trips, it's just me and buddy. super cab it's perfect.

If the gas tank capacity is your deciding factor, you can easily get you a tool box that has an extra capacity option.......think of the added weight of the gas plus the added weight of the scab and your only getting about 60 or so more miles per tank plus less performance/handling. My scab on 37's get 266 miles to be exact a tank. I don't care what anyone says, there is a difference. . I've noted this myself personally without adding in the specs of the two driving around. I came in buying this vehicle with an open mind thinking I would go screw but I didn't and no regrett. . All in all, it's what makes YOU happy. But don't let any others assumptions tell you differently. If your looking for room, hands down, the screws has a limo back seat. You won't be disappointed with either though. Another raptor owner that drives an screw locally, he finally came to the unbiased agreement that scabs are the ticket if your looking for strictly a purpose built truck. This was ONLY after he driven an scab.

DONT QUOTE me but with a full tank of gas in each truck, the screws are 500 (+/-) lb. Difference. 500lbs makes a difference in the quarter mile, trust me! I have a few drag toys that's been on diets, ran, dieted, and ran again. Times don't lie in that aspect.

That is probably because their wives would not let them get a scab.

Why would I need permission. I'm a grown man. That doesn't even make sense to me. My wife and I discuss things but I certainly don't need permission to do anything and neither does she.

S Crews look WAY better but the short frame is better for more hardcore offroading.... I'm fairly stock and this 6.2 s crew even at 10k feet DESTROYS EVERYTHING.... PLUS room for the *******...

I totally get the functionality of a SuperCrew if you have kids or often carry more than one passenger, but I really dislike the look of the SCREW. I'll go as far to say that I think Ford sold out by even producing the Raptor in a SCREW model. In my opinion, a SCREW Raptor is like a 4-door Mustang. The Raptor is just as much an off-road sport truck as the Lightning was a street sport truck and those were only offered in regular cab configuration!

Of course this is only my opinion and who really cares what I think or say? Nobody!
