You using Chrome or something other than IE? I get the same result but different with IE, its a page not found error.

You probably have the right VIN just Ford doesn't have your sticker viewable yet. I heard its viewable about a week before your build week. But I check myself everyday even though its 3 weeks for my build week, just cause.....

It was built very quickly and put on train very quickly and delivered to rail yard before Christmas. Now .....................it sits on the carrier truck 18 miles from the dealership. Going on almost a month sitting on the truck I. The rail yard. So glad Ford was ahead of schedule but the carrier seems to be in no hurry.

A good dealer can make your truck hot. Mine was willing to do it but then it got rolling from the railyard within a week. I know for my area there was actually one guy and his truck that did the deliveries. If he was busy or unavailable the truck sat. I was happy with only a week at the yard. The Raptor after mine got lost somewhere between being built and being shipped. Disappeared for over a month. Never did ask what finally happened. One I heard of fell while loading and they had to start over. I believe he got priority 1 and it was built again in short order. You never know.

Just to be safe verify the vin with your dealer. It can't hurt. Have them email it to you so you can cut and paste. I'm not saying that's what it is. (I'm no expert like others) but when I intentionally enter the wrong vin I get that error message.

It really sounds like I'm getting the short end here. I put an order in 11/1/13. As of 12/19/13, no VIN or anything other than it will be built here shortly. I haven't bugged the dealership this year to see if anything has broken loose yet, but I'm assuming end of February will be when I would receive mine.

I would ask the dealer for the DORA and call SVT for an update?
