Did i read that right, the past owner of the truck had SDHQ work on the truck and the new owner is bitching that the truck is having problems....How can you consider SDHQ responsible if you have no idea how the truck was taken care of since SDHQ had it when your 2 owners later

Maybe the 1st owner never did a bolt check after SDHQ, or maybe he worked on the truck and didn't prep it right

Edit, talking about post 36 in that thread

I agree to an extent, reason I say that is look at Camburg, argueably the largest company in the Prerunner/Racing industry and has more bad press than anyone out there. Weekly you can fond a new thread about something they did wrong in someones opinion, Yet they keep getting bigger and bigger every year.

You can't please everyone all the time and the customer isn't always right

Yes this may be true, but Camburg has always exhibited a level of integrity, and as such deserve their success.

And Jerry Zaiden and Jason Campbell are great guys.

Bahahahaaa.... Are you seriously searching for this stuff... This makes me laugh that you would... Being in business 12+ years put a target on us... There are haters everywhere...

But to give you info on your search.. Post 31 - We installed a 4.5" lift on a Harley Superduty... Customer ran 35" Toyo Mt's on the stock wheels, I explained to him that the offset of the wheel was way wrong for that set up, it would stick too far in and with the width of the tire it would also be too wide for the stock wheel... Long story short the tires did in fact rub on the brakelines... What did I do? I installed a set of our stainless brakeline and routed them differently... No charge, problem solved...

Post 36.. We did not do any work for the owner of the truck... I do remember the phone call from the new owner... Long story short... The 4.5" kit on the truck did not require removing the pitman to install. Had nothing to do with us...

As far as your "stay tuned you have more"... When you have a chance take a look at the titan forums... then search for the mfg who you are sticking up for... There you find pics of the fab work performed... Then when you are done take a look at what is written on Hennesey... Now that right there is good stuff!

Besides it doesn't take an "industry expert" to take a look at the kit and know there is something wrong... Have you actually taken a look at the pics I have posted... and at the facts as it relates to the kit??

That is what this thread is about... The fact that I can not explain it any better and you don't get it, lets me feel good about this being my last post in this thread... Have fun!

Dude really this is not about Hennessey or the Titan forum or me sticking up of a vendor its about you and your company calling another companies product crap period you chose to do it so suffer the fall out you still have not proven your case. You and your company are the only ones that will not benefit from this. You rave about your costumer service your products on and on But you don't seem to mind, you have it a figured out in your mind.It looks to me like you have a lot more to worry about then ADD.Your image to the public is important people look at that believe it or not.
