1) Then why did you send stuff off to a engineer to have them look at it??

I didn't I do believe something is in the works from ADD but not for sure.

2) Sorry but in my short life working on class 1 and trophy trucks I would have to be blind not to notice, I could still spot that problem even without my background in offroad racing.

Thanks I am not saying their is or isn't a problem. I have no expertise with off road trucks or suspension.Mine is all motorcycle related road racing to be exact.

3) Thank you
No worries thanks for your in put.Again I think this whole situation was approached in the wrong manner. As for a fix I am waiting for a call back from ADD.And to all that have posted here thanks for your input. My truck was one of the first ones to have the kit and will be reporting back why I find out from ADD.

The email Copied and pasted by SDHQ was our email, but it was taken out of context. We had been talking with the owner over the phone about the shocks. When it comes down to it, he was in a hurry for them. The owner overnighted the shocks to the shop that installed them. In theory the shock should have just bolted up, It was known by the owner that this setup was untested with our Lift KIT. The fact that SDHQ has only negative to say about us shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody, It really exposes their character. We are currently re-testing every aspect of our lift kit, to insure functionality and safety.

From the owner of the truck (again) -

"I told them I was interested in the shocks, they got me a pair sent to LG Motorsports. They never indicated they had concerns about them not being installed in their shop as a matter of fact they told me they would just bolt on,"

The fact that I have nothing but negative should not be a surprise to anyone who understands offroad suspension and the safety aspects when it comes to another shop in the industry advertising, producing, installing and selling a suspension of this caliber. It is products like this that hurt the offroad community as a whole.

I'm glad you are re-testing every aspect of your kit for safety, it is too bad that it took all this for it to happen.

I agree, I'm sure I lost customers... But it is worth the piece of mind that I have because of it... Maybe now kits will be tested and made sure they are safe for the general public before they are sold to the end user.

Actually it wouldn't have taken any of this for it to happen, We have had 0 reasons or complaints to take a second look at our lift kit. Quit frankly most of our customers with this kit beat the shit out of their trucks. I would have taken a second look at it with a phone call of concern. The reason all of this panned out the way it did was your choice.
