Amsoil HDMP spray is my opinion on fluid; there was a thread where someone on here compared most of them.
The guy I use for ceramic uses a product from the Canadian company, Corrosion Free, he trialed a lot of different types including some of the wet military stuff and he decided on only using this stuff going forward. I believe it’s Rust Cure 3000. The benefit is he has a bunch of different wands and gets into every crevice. I kinda wish I had done it that way from the start.
The short answer is yes, it’s worth it, if you use the right product.
