Rubber Body Panel Plugs

Would need to pull them all to check...but... I think there is 16 or 18 that are the same, about
1 9/16" .
4? That are rectangular and 2 that are larger...1.75"
I found rubber plugs for them all.

Ohhh wow. Didn’t realize there were that many and that they are round. Might not be as cheap to make plastic plugs now. Especially if they are round as i don’t have a way to hold round stock on my mill

I replaced my OEM tape with Gorilla tape, which I think would be just fine out here in the dusty, dry Southwest...

Well I guess this is on hold for me. Just heard from my dealer and half my order is on back order........sigh. Maybe back to the drawing board.

Well, after several weeks of waiting I finally got some of my order in (bolded).

Here is my order:
-W651021-S, 45MM
-N802981-S, 38MM
-W651012-S, 18MM
-383181-S, .75"

I can confirm that there are 7 N802981-S plugs per side. The very first hole behind the front tire is just too big for the 38MM (easily moves around) but too small for the 45MM. I used 2 of the W651012-S plugs (trimming just a bit) for 2 holes buy the step bar mount (1 per side). I have not pulled the tape but there should be 2 383181-S plugs, 1 per side as well. I can't confirm until I get those. Near that hole there is also a square hole that I have not found the part to yet, that is covered by tape as well. I had to duct tape for now (as its mid winter) to try to keep the holes plugged until spring......or until I find longer dry time/no snow!!

1 nice thing, when I pulled the rear tape the sunroof drain hose was right there so I poked a hole in the plug and now I have it draining OUTSIDE the cab.

Think I'll stick with gorilla tape on the non 38mm holes and just order 14 of the N802981-S. That'll allow for access to spray fluid film throughout the entire rocker without having to peel tape and reapply it every year. Great info, thanks for digging into this!

Its a bit confusing since your description did not list any of the W651021-S , yet it is on your order.
Also any updates since last time?
