Rubber around interior driver door jam rattles….

Have you tried 3M double sided tape? The kind they use for moldings.

That won’t work as the rubber fits around the door edge. That tape is for flat pieces of molding, not contoured rubber meant to clip into place.

Tried squeezing the rubber with some pliers while its pulled away to tighten the channel? Use to have a metal channel in the rubber to keep it tight on the weld seams

The rubber trim wraps around a thin piece of metal, locking into place. This would make it too thick and make the rubber not able to snap into place.

There isn’t metal inside the rubber unfortunately. I think the only solution is couple dots of windshield silicone to hold it securely in place.
